Washing machines can be used free of charge. Dryers can be used for 100 yen per 30 minutes.
Single packs of detergent are sold at the front desk for 50 yen.

Vending machine areas are located on the 10th, 13th, and 16th floors.
Alcoholic beverages are only sold on the 13th floors.

Is an ice machine available?

A free ice machine is located in the vending machine corner on the 13th floor (open 24-hours a day).

Is there a smoking area in the hotel?

Other than smoking guestrooms, smoking is prohibited in all areas of our hotel. Please smoke outside of the building.

There are not restaurants in the hotel. Only breakfast is served in the 9th floor restaurant Sazanka.

Our hotel does not provide bed guards.
Instead, we will put the bed against the wall of your guestroom.
Our hotel provides a limited number of baby cribs. Reservations are required. Please contact our hotel if you require a crib.

Our hotel uses Yamato Transport. Please ask for a shipping invoice at the front desk.
Cardboard boxes for shipping are also sold at the front desk.

Please list the reservation name (furigana) and dates of your stay on the shipping invoice and send to the front desk.
Luggage delivered prior to the check-in date will be kept at the front desk.
Our hotel cannot make payment on delivery on behalf of customers. Please pay when sending the luggage.

Our hotel does not have a large public bath. However, the natural hot spring "Spa Suminoe" is located within walking distance of the hotel.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

If the specified additional fees are paid, guestrooms can be used prior to check-in time and check-out time can be extended. Depending on room conditions, this service may not be available in some cases. Please contact our hotel in advance if you are interested in early check-in or late check-out.

What is the latest possible time for check-in?

As a general rule, the final check-in time at our hotel is 0:00 (midnight).
However, exceptions may be made for guests who contact the hotel in advance.

Do I need to contact the hotel if my check-in time changes?

Yes, please contact our hotel if there is a change to the scheduled check-in time stated by the guest when making a reservation. In some cases, we may cancel reservations if the scheduled arrival time has been exceeded without prior contact. However, exceptions may be made for guests who contact the hotel in advance.

Does the hotel have a curfew?

Our hotel does not have a curfew.
For security reasons, entry and exit to our hotel between 0:00 (midnight) and 05:30 am is restricted to the automatic doors at the 1st floor front entrance. The automatic doors will be locked during this time period. Please press the button for the black intercom on the left of the doors to contact hotel staff. We will open the doors for you immediately.

Is there a waiting list for cancellations?

Our hotel does not have a waiting list for cancellations.

What are the cancellation fees?

The following cancellation rules apply at our hotel.
◆No-show (cancellation): 100% of lodging fees
◆Day of reservation (cancellation): 80% of lodging fees
◆Day before reservation (cancellation): 50% of lodging fees

What is your child policy?

As a general rule, we do not charge lodging fees for children who are 12 years or younger and sleep together with their parents.
However, guestroom amenities are not provided for such children. If amenities are required (when one child uses one bed), adult fees are charged.
*Amenities such as children's towels and slippers are not available.
Also, breakfast is free for children who are 5 years or younger. However, a fee of 880 yen (excluding tax) is charged for children who are 6 years or older.

Can people other than hotel guests eat at the breakfast buffet?
