Common questions from guests

Is vehicle parking available? Is a parking reservation required? What is the height restriction for vehicles?
Unforturately we do not provide vehicle parking space.
However our staff are able to direct you to the nearest parking lot.
Is an ice machine available?
A free ice machine is located in the restarunt "TERRACE" on the 1st floor.
Can I ship my luggage in advance using a delivery service?
Our front reception desk accepts deliveries by Yamato Transport.
Our guests are able to pay in advance or pay on the day of the delivery.
Cardboard boxes, covers, and other shipping materials are also sold at the front desk.
Are there any restraunts in the hotel?
Unfortunately we do not have a restaurant at our hotel.
However we do provide a breakfast buffet from 7:00am to 10:00am for guests on the first floor restaurant "TERRACE".
What sort of items can I borrow?
The following items can be borrowed from the front desk.
(A limited number of items are available. Reservations are not accepted.)

Is a large public bath available?
Our hotel does not have a large public bath.
What is the latest possible time for check-in?
As a general rule, the final check-in time at our hotel is 26:00 (midnight).
However, exceptions may be made for guests who contact the hotel in advance.
Do I need to contact the hotel if my check-in time changes?
Yes, please contact our hotel if there is a change to the scheduled check-in time stated by the guest when making a reservation. In some cases, we may cancel reservations if the scheduled arrival time has been exceeded without prior contact.
Is there a waiting list for cancellations?
Our hotel does not have a waiting list for cancellations.
What are the cancellation fees?
The following cancellation rules apply at our hotel.
◆No-show (without notice): 100% of lodging fees
◆Day of reservation (with notice): 80% of lodging fees
◆Day before reservation (with notice): 50% of lodging fees
*Separate cancellation policies are defined for special lodging plans.
Is there a place to store my valuables?
There are safety box's provided in each room for guests to store their valuables.
If requested, guests may also store their valuables at reception.
How much are the fees for children?
There is no fee for children under the age of 6 if they share a bed with a parent or guardian. (However we do not provide amenities for children sharing a bed). If the child will not be sharing the same bed as you, we do require for guests to pay the adult fee for the extra bed in use. (In this case the amenities provided for the child will be adult size).
*Amenities such as children's towels and slippers are not available. We will require for guests to pay a breakfast fee of 1,100 JPY (without tax) for children who are over the age of 4 and children who are in primary school. However, children under the age of 4 are not charged with a breakfast fee.
Are people other than the hotel guests able to have the breakfast buffet?
No, the breakfast buffet is for the hotel guests only.

Access from nearest station
About a 3 minute walk from exit 23 of Namba Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.
Head north towards Dotonbori River, and turn left after crossing the bridge.
After passing the cross intersection, you will find the hotel on your left.
Access from Umeda Station
A 3 minute walk from exit 23 of the Namba Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line (departure from Umeda Station).
Where is the bus stop for the shuttle bus to Kansai International Airport?
A connector limousine bus terminal OCAT(Osaka city air terminal) is located within 8 min walking distance of the hotel.
This limousine bus will take you to Kansai airport.
Is there a convenience store located nearby?
Yes, you will be able to find convenience stores such as Family Mart or Seven Eleven nearby.

Hotel information

Does the hotel have a curfew?
No, we do not.
However, the entrance doors will be locked at night (1 a.m - 5 a.m) for security measures.
Guests can enter the hotel with their card key that they will be provided during check-in.
Please use the intercom if you have any problems.
Our staff are available 24 hours.

Can I leave my luggage at the front desk?
Guests can leave their luggage at the front desk before checking in and after checking out.

Yes, we accept delivery of luggage.
Please list the reservation name (furigana) and check-in date on the shipping invoice and send to the front desk.
Luggage delivered prior to the check-in date will be kept at the front desk.
